It is a monopoly so we really don't have a choice. I've got a DVR and it was giving me problems, it is still giving me problems. It has changed some thing. I used to be able to keep the volume on 12 and hear everything, now it is 38 and I can't. Sometimes if I turn the fan on, I can't hear it. I think it was something to do with that DVR because that's when it all started. I have called them. I was on the phone for like an hour. Trying to get them is impossible. It is terrible. It is costing me a fortune for TV, which used to be free and cable. That is all I have with them. It is very expensive. I think I've had the DVR for like 2 months. It is $190.03 a month. They include phone in this package, you have to take it but I don't use that. I do like HBO and if you like HBO, that is where they get you. I could care less about ESPN and half the channels that I have in this package. I used to just have the one up from Basic, Extended Basic, that is what it was called but that didn't include HBO. With this package I have HBO, Showtime and Starz, both which I don't use very much. It did give me some other channels that I like but it is just, that way it is too expensive, I think. The customer service sucks. When you call them, you get somebody in another country. I've three times now had to ask for them to switch me to United States. I don't like that.
Description of Work: It is costing me a fortune for TV, which used to be free and cable. That is all I have with them.

It went very well. I got a call from the vendor before they showed up, to make sure I was home, and to let me know how soon they would arrive. They were prompt and very personable. Unlike some vendors, they had no issue with our dog. I don't know exactly what they did, but they got back everything I pay for. It took about an hour all together.
Description of Work: I had issues with some channels not working. I called, and their in-office fixes did not work. I scheduled an appointment.

The internet service is fine. It's pretty fast. The cable and internet is usually pretty good. I don't have any problems with that. I have a good selection for channels. I chose them because they are the only cable company that's allowed to service in this area. I'm happy with the service they are providing me.

I can't stand them but they're the only business in town. Their support services are horrible. I think they are outsourced to another country. They are very, very pricey. The set up was done ages ago but we did have them out here for service a few months ago and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They left the problem unresolved. My husband finally fixed it. He finally made this one completely wireless so that we didn't have to get them to understand what the problem was. I don't have a choice but I will probably still use them even if I did have a choice.
