They were excellent.

They were nice.  I did not like that they jacked up the cost and the public really needs to understand the difference between signing a quote that commits the contractor to a price and an estimate that is open.  I really ended up paying like, I had two moves that was $300 extra a move for like storage because they said that I had more stuff than what they thought.  So I would just say that never goes down well.  They were perfectly nice and courteous but that never makes you feel very confident when they cannot come in and look at your property to an accurate assessment.  Sometimes you are pointing for a price as well.  I work in home improvement so I understand.  We are responsible to do a quote and that means the whole job and if we get anything wrong we pay for it.  They customer does not.  So lay moving has written and if you read the small print I would just say that good consumer education would be to get a written contract should be the commitment for that fee.  I can’t remember that there is something that comes that gives you mistakes and the question of reemphasizing that when you are re-evaluating your bids when you see something like a $600 disparity that really laid me.  They were nice and everything.  But they stuck out their work.  I had to build from one person.  I signed an agreement with one company then all of a sudden I get another bill for $300 and more from another company which made me wonder what it is to get my stuff.  So the whole thing was a bit of a mess and I really would have to say that I complained to them about that.  They tried to smooth it off.  I went to their location actually and I thought that they were perfectly well intentioned people but this is not really the way to run a professional organization.  If I did not find agreement with a company I should not be paying another company.  So there are inconsistencies in the business practices that don’t make them look good.

They were pleasant and their price was very reasonable. They were good and nothing was broken. Everything was fine. I lived in an apartment that was on the third floor and they had to move everything by the steps. I had a piano and moving it was a lot of work.

This is an excellent company! The 3 movers were extremely professional, courteous and careful with our furniture and boxes. The final cost turned out to be lower than our original estimate, which was quite competitive with other moving companies. They were originally recommended by a friend who was also very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE A VERY WELL KNOWN COMPANY, SO WE KNEW THAT THE SERVICE WOULD BE GOOD. THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD LOCAL COMPANY. THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING EITHER, SO WE WERE HAPPY.
