My home is cozy and warm all winter now. The guy that did the service knew exactly what he was doing and what size equipment was best for my home. The installation went very quickly without any mess or trouble. I forgot what the cost was but I think it was over $1,000 for parts and labor.

Allowed us to use their jack hammer to dig up the basement floor for the removal of old and installation of new drain. This saved a lot of money on labor. We had to call frequently to get them to come and do the work; they were not very anxious to get the job done once they had started. Overall work was good, but we had some trouble with getting them to get all the final inspections done. They wanted payment before the inspections were complete and we refused. It all worked out in the end.
