American Roofing came the same day and got the job done. They cleaned my solar panels with years of dirt and debris, and I am hoping to get better results on our electric bill. The people were very pleasant to work with. I will have them return as they do perform many services. I highly recommend this team!

The effectiveness of the roof treatment many only be known with time but for painting only only have part of the house front was painted. I paid $700 and they painted only five foot into 3 and half foot. The contractor flat out and refused to paint the rest of the front of the house. Also left and mess which I have to clean up after.

"These are Middle Eastern people I explained to them and gave them a contract for the job that was completed. I explained to them 1400 to clean the roof do maintenance for five years warranty. I told them 700 to paint over the door section. We agreed to it after I was finished. She wanted me to do more work for free. I will never work with these people again. They?re all the same. They want more work done for free."

I hired John for chimney splashing install and roof moss cleaning through Angi very nightmare experience. He initially said $1500 and after remove the chimney for small rotten wood he said complete 6*6 area wood has to be removed charged additional total $2800 but didn?t replaced whole wood. Also after clean the moss from from front side roof leakage happened from dining area and now he came to see saying flashing bad have to do that which is additional $300 earlier never before leakage happened before moss cleaning. This is nightmare experience and if -10 rating would be there I would give that . Beware of this guy not gentleman at all, angi should have take action in this hopefully

"He hired me to repair his chimney, and everything was perfectly professionally done stopped his leaks. He wanted me to remove rust off his roof, which I did professionally previous roofer, didn't repair a section of his roof and it's leaking from there he saying that I done it the damage And she's from India or Pakistan somewhere around there. He wanted extra work done for free he didn't want to pay and now he gave me a bad review for fixing what I was hired to do and fix it professionally and stop all slicks. I will never work for these kind of people never again they always give me problems. I have all pictures to prove my professional work"

John and American Roofing came promptly to inspect and estimate job and was there to complete the work the next day. The work was done thoroughly, neatly and at a fair price. I have only high praise for these folks and will be using them again in the future

Unfortunately, I have to change my review of this company. Hired in October 2023 to do repair. Was upsold to purchase 5 years of Insurance ($600.00) where they would check my roof every 6 months. The year had passed, and I followed up in October 2024. Had several phone conversations and was informed due to personal issues unable to have someone available. I followed up again in November 2024 and received the same response. I then sent 3 separate emails in December 2024 one week apart for each and all 3 were completely ignored and they do not seem to care. The last one just requested refunding my money. I am very upset. I had this money just stolen from me. I even recommended them to my neighbor who also bought the insurance. They are also having the same issue. Please be aware when considering this company. Yes...they did do a good job, but as for customer service and doing the right thing, they have failed me.

Normally I font write reviews. But Robert and his dad are exceptional. I was searching on the web and came across them after reading their Bio. They reached out to me and within 3 hours I had my quote. I am very familiar with contractors and did a little Q&A with Robert. He had all the right answers and showed me pics of his work. 3 days later, the crew arrived And cleaned my roof and coated my drive way in 95 degree temp. The guys worked through it all and 6 hours later they left my property better than it was. They also went beyond what we discussed to make sure the job was 100%. Robert stayed on the job with his crew making sure I was happy while assisting his workers. Trust me, you can't go wrong with this team of hard working folks, who pride themselves with exellance

John gave me a verbal estimate to clean roof soft scrub and clean side of my house when they came to do the job the price was 300 dollars more when i questioned the jump John said he never gave me the first quote he lied i made a mistake in trusting him never got the first quote on paper when the job was done the roof had all black streaks questioned John about the streaks said nothing he could do to remove the side of my house came out good roof job horrible still waiting for my paid invoice this company is the pits BEWARE will seek legal advice
