 + 0 moreVery responsive. Returned phone calls/emails in a reasonable time frame. Able to schedule the work quickly and they showed up when they said they would. Completed the work for less than originally quoted, but we had to ask. (Hard to know what the price should be, but other companies' quotes were less expensive.) I decided on Ambrozia and Sons because of their responsiveness and because my husband had a good experience with them. Appreciated that they were upfront about what needed to be done and that they told us that the valve replacement, while needed to replace our water meter (required by the city/water company), may not solve our problem (it didn't; we still have low water pressure). We are considering the alternate plan (replacing the line to the street) next. Glad to have worked with Ambrozia and Sons so far and will definitely consider them for future work.
Description of Work: Froze the main water line and replaced the water main valve (stuck in partially closed position) in 108-year-old home; changed the water meter.

 + -1 moreGABE AMBROZIA IS A VERY TRUSTED PROFESSIONAL. WE COUNT ON HIM AND HIS BROTHERS TO ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION OF ALWAYS DOING A THOROUGH JOB.
Description of Work: THE WATER HEATER IN OUR HOUSE WAS THE ORIGINAL (ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD). AND WE HAD A LEAK,IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
