They quote you a price, they bait you and then switch on you. They doubled the quote without warning. They load everything and then they tell you that it is customary to tip the driver 6 or 7%. Quite a bit of my items were damaged.

It's a limited service, and they did what they were contracted to do. So, it went well. They were here on time and did the work and then they left. We are thinking of moving again so we will consider using them again.

Overall, the men were very respectful, prompt, courtious, they moved the boxes efficiantly and when we arrived at our destination, they unloaded the boxes and transported the boxes and bedding to the rooms they were assigned to, as well as putting the bedding togeher.
