+ -1 moreI’ve been trying to reach his office for several days, left messages both on his mobile phone and with Debra his assistant all week, she lies! Last time I spoke with him was a month ago when he told me that he would send an email in the afternoon of that day, no email received to date. Colossal waste of time on a time sensitive project. We are in mid-November, and been doing this dance with him since early September. A barely sober business, two developers I know tried to connect with this office several years ago to the same end.

+ -1 moreWe'll I can't do a thorough review considering that we did not even get that far. Mr. Feld came recommended by a family friend and we tried for 2 weeks to get him to return a call. First we had to deal with the rude receptionist who answered the phone. We made the first call waited a few days and called back and they had no idea who we were and could find our information. This happened 3 times when I mentioned to "Lisa" that I felt uncomfortable with her rude tone. Mr, Feld finally called and it was much of the same a rude, uninterested tone. He pretty much said he was too busy and I should have called him in December of last year. I wasn't thinking of the renovation back then. It wasn't that he said that he was busy that bothered me, it was how rude he was.

Description of Work: Alan is a very good architect with experience to know how to get projects approved in hudson county. I have used alan many times and will continue to use him.

+ -1 moreI got a quote from a different architect for the same job but I wanted a second quote from another architect before choosing. Initially it there were a few delays getting a hold of Mr Feld when I was trying to expedite getting a proposal from him however once we arranged a time for him to visit the site things went very smoothly. He gave very good advice about what needed to be in the plans and the proposal was a more expensive than the general quote he gave me before he saw the property however it was still lower that the other proposal I received and including more things (HVAC, basement, beams). Overall it went quite well I had the plans about a week after the site visit.
Description of Work: Mr Feld created Architect's designs for basement and first floor of a three family house. The designs were very thorough and he provided additional things the municipality would need to be in the plans. During the site visit to take measurements Mr. Feld was very knowledgeable about what would be necessary he answered questions and gave advice freely.
