I got a quote from a different architect for the same job but I wanted a second quote from another architect before choosing. Initially it there were a few delays getting a hold of Mr Feld when I was trying to expedite getting a proposal from him however once we arranged a time for him to visit the site things went very smoothly. He gave very good advice about what needed to be in the plans and the proposal was a more expensive than the general quote he gave me before he saw the property however it was still lower that the other proposal I received and including more things (HVAC, basement, beams). Overall it went quite well I had the plans about a week after the site visit.
