I hired this company to do my roofing job and I bought my own material. One thing I'm not happy about is the material that he picked for the roof, he put on the balcony and when you step out on the balcony and step back in it brings in all of those materials with you, I always have to clean this up. I had to do this balcony roof because when it rains it leaks. I called him to fix the leak and he bascially convinced me to redo the entire balcony which ended up being $5000 instead of just a couple of hundred that I was going to spend to just fix it. Now after it is done it has two leaks. I have been trying to call him to fix the leaks, there was a 2 year guarantee for it and he has not returned my calls to get this fixed. It has been over 6 months now and I still have no heard back from him. Originally it just leaked in one spot, now it is leaking in two spots after his work. The material is coming off the roof and I want him to come and take care of this as soon as possible. The interior ceiling is about to fall off.
Description of Work: He did roofing on my house for me, and did some flooring work as well.
