He kept me updated with photos and calls, explained everything clearly, and even cleaned behind the appliances before putting them back. Frank was very nice, he explained what has to be done. He had shared his concerns and advice. His price was cheaper than what I was told by other company. His technician was able to removed the wasps out of my exterior part of my front house. The wasps actually gone the next day from the time of his job in the afternoon that day. He even sprayed my yard for mosquitoes for free. I recommend their service.

A Plus Pest Management showed up when they said they would and quickly removed the wasp s nest from my balcony. The only thing I didn t like was that some of the poison was sprayed inside on my wooden floors. I was worried it could stain. Seems fine now, though.

The customer service is top notch! Frank is extremely accommodating and worked hard to satisfy. I had a mouse problem and was not successful when trying to handle the problem myself. I called up Frank and was able to get an appointment within a few days. The initial visit went smoothly. However, the problem was not fixed. I notified Frank and he came back within a few days to see what else he can do. It took about 3 visits, but I'm sure these things require tweaking due to unique circumstances for every customer. Fortunately, after the last visit, I didn't see the mouse, again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I'm happy that Frank is readily available to keep working until the problem is resolved.

Frank came on a Sunday literally 20 mins of me reaching out. Which I can t tell you how appreciative I was of when you have mice issues. Came in and identified the problem !! Obviously solution hopefully is permanent but he put all the necessary things in place to rectify the issue permanently. Would recommended him.

Frank (A+++) came to my rescue after a traumatic pest problem in my building. He took the time to walk me through the work, showing me where my issues where and provided the best solution. He reassured me every step of the way. I will refer him to my friends/neighbors and if there is ever another issue again I will be calling him first!!

I feel like they called before I could even finish my request! The service was amazing. The owner called me before and after my service. We were dealing with Indian Meal Moths. The owner knew exactly what I her needed to do. the Pro came out and did a quick inspection. He set the expectation for time and thoroughly explained the process. I had just had a baby a couple months before hand so he advised me what I needed to do to protect the baby gear from the spraying. He even helped me move items from my kitchen! After they treated the problem I was a little nervous about the fact that I saw a couple more moths in the kitchen but before my husband and I could even reach out to the company, the owner called again asking if everything was okay. When we explained to him what we saw, he reassured us that what we saw was expected. He even told us that if we weren t confident that they had fixed there problem, they d come out again and spray. We opted to wait to see if everything was remediated. Just like he explained...we were fine. Here we are four months later and not ONE sign of a moth.
