A Miller Roofing Co

This company was always talking about being on Angie's List. Unfortunately the did an awful job. The estimate they gave kept changing as the job continued. The repair was not completed well & we had to hire someone else to come out & redo the job.

The roofers, finished the roof in a few hours, then two days later the snow and rain came. Not a drop of water came inside. We are pleased, happy and would gladly recommend the company!!!

I was surprised. Even though the work involved putting a silver coat of material on my flat roof, I would have expected splotches of the silver material to have dripped or been splattered on my brick, or been tossed off the building onto the ground. Nope. They were neat as a pin. They did not stomp around on the roof, making me fear they would crash through the ceiling. They were just great! And when there was ANOTHER leak during a storm a few days later, I waited until the rain stopped and called and they were back--LITERALLY WITHIN MINUTES OF MY CALL TO CHECK IT OUT!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! They did figure out it was not my roof at this time, but a related problem with the bricks on a side wall near my chimney. They offered to create a solution for me, but instead I am having a Mason do a more proper brickwork re-build of the whole wall and chimney. But I totally appreciated their assessment and approach to the problem. Once again...they could not have been more responsive, nicer, polite, and helpful. Bottom line: wish these people were family.

They showed exactly when they said they were going to. They did exactly what they said they were going to. When they were up there they fixed my neighbor's roof that was contributing for our problem. I don?t know how much other companies charge for the patch job.

Very well. I called for an estimate and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They then described the job to the office and the woman I spoke to gave an estimate. They then went back to the office to get me a written copy of the estimate and when I agreed, they started the job immediately. They finished it later that afternoon. There has been over a week of heavy rain since they did the job and there have been no leaks. (Previously there were three separate leaks.) I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved -- both the office and the roofers themselves. They cleaned up not only their own mess but debris that had previously been on the roof. Also I had asked if one of the pipes needed to be replaced. They said that no it could be repaired, which they did. In all, a very good experience. I would definitely use them again.

They are very prompt and responding to initial inquiries and with estimates. The service people who come out are easy to talk to and are easy to talk to. There value is good. They had very high service.

They did the work in the time frame that they said they would do it and it was one of the most incredibly clean and dust free installations. They took a picture after the finished the work so that we could see what they did. We were quite pleased with them.

From start to finish this went great. I have had many contractors work on different jobs these last 30 yrs. They were the best. I think that says it all.

Miller Roofing returned our call quickly. They were a little backed up due to a recent Nor Easter that caused a lot of damage in our area. They said they would get to us within a week and the lived up to their word. So far it has rained twice and we have had no leaks. They did a great job with no mess. I would definitely hire them again.

Mrs. Miller was extremely polite and helpful when I called. Work crew arrived on time. Work was done promptly and within cost estimate. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GREAT. THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS FIXING THE LEAK. THEY GOT THE WORK FINISHED QUICKLY AS WELL. THEY CHARGED ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY USED ALL GOOD MATERIALS. THEY'RE A ONE MAN OPERATION. HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I'D USE HIM AGAIN.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME EVERYDAY AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE THAT THEY GAVE ME BEFORE THEY STARTED. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.
