His diagnosis and fix worth $850 was completely wrong. He did not even deliver the items listed in his deal - assigned the issue to incorrect listing. You need to be his assistant - call to remind him and the he will ask you to call again and remind him the day of his job.

Superior Services provided excellent customer service and prompt deadline of job completion. They were professional, efficient and all work was performed by licensed contractors. I was impressed by the quality of work. Everything was done properly and passed inspection. The removal of hazardous old heated pipes on my 40 year old home was quite an undertaking, given the small crawl space to work in, however they were polite and willing to work around the situation. They are true craftsmen of the business. They also educated me on the effects of old pipes and the stain they can put on systems and the reproctions of a pipe bursting.

After the work was done, I found he charged double what other companies were quoting. I called many companies that all were offering 1lb of Freon at $24.95, when he had charged me $59 for 1 lb. I called him to ask about the price and he said to call him back later that day. I called him at the arranged time and he did not answer. He has avoided (10) calls since and I have yet to hear back from him. He also charged me even more for the same job the previous year.
