Lawn Mowing - mowers generally do a nice job. Price is reasonable. The problem with this outfit is that the guy never returns phone calls. I wanted additional yard work amounting to about $500 and called 3 times and he just wouldn't call me back. Snow Removal - In NJ we usually use the same guys that mow the lawn to plow the driveway in winter. After 22" of snow last month, he never showed. I called several times and again, no return calls. It's unprofessional that he feels so free to treat his paying customers like sh*t. I'm glad he has enough business to basically ignore us, but someday I hope he's treated the same way he treats us. It's a shame because his guys do a great job on the lawn.
