They were fantastic and great. I like everything about him. He's polite, courteous and professional. He's on time and does a great job. I usually have complains about everyone but I will say that I don't have about him.

I was impressed with the professionalism and the quick response I received after making one phone call to them. I called other places but no one really seemed interested in my situation. Dino Marino was the gentleman that came over and looked over the house. He said it wouldn't take long and after he gave me a price I asked him when he could start. I was so impressed with the way the floors looked I bragged to everyone I knew! When he was finished with the inside he mentioned that he could take care of all the stains in the driveway as well. I really didn't think it would make a lot of difference because the previous owner must have had a car with leaking problems. I told him to give it a shot and all I could say was wow! I can promise that Dino is the real deal and not here today and gone tomorrow. He followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was still happy with his work and I was! I gave a few of my friends his business cards and they are next on the list. Make sure that you get him before the word gets out. I am a hard person to please and this guy brought the "wow factor". Thanks to the Masters Touch Hard Surface Restoration company for the great job, and I am sure because of the floors that the house was rented in the first 2 hours I listed it!
