As a passionate and seasoned professional in my field with over 15 years of real estate experience, I serve buyers, sellers and investors in Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties. I am an experienced negotiator and have expertise in residential sales, fixing-and-flipping properties with investors, new construction, REO, resales, first time home buyers, adult communities as well as short sales; holding both an SRS and SRF certification. Homeownership is a big decision and an important milestone in someone’s life. I love having the opportunity to guide my clients through that process. Furthermore, I always make it a priority to work in the best interest of my clients, even if it is something they may not want to hear. I believe clients fare better in business when you tell them what they need to know versus what they want to hear.
