The Heating Pros

They were contracted to install my brand new AC unit through Sears/Transform. Installed the unit in 2020 of June, after a week it wasn't working properly, they took weeks to come to look at it. They did more work, it started working. Next summer, again not working properly, the coils were freezing and cold air was not coming through vents. They came again said they found the problem and said they fixed it. Next summer, same problem, the third summer same problem. I called them to come over for a service request. Left multiple messages with their answering service (they don't ever pick up the phone no. matter what time you call, they have a answering service that just takes your information and message). After a week I finally got a call back, the guy said I have to call Sears, I told him to come over and do a service request since THEY installed it. This was a Saturday, he said he will have someone come that following Monday and will also contact Sears. No one came that day, no call nothing. I called again a couple days later, of course answering service again, left them a message. No call back. Called again the following week and then a I get a random text from a number you can't call back saying I have to call sears and provided the number. Don't even use this company, they install things and then don't take any responsibility if the unit is not working. They ignore calls and messages and lie about coming for a service.

They showed up on time, workers were friendly, dressed neatly, acted professionally, as the day went on, more showed up; they finished the job in 1 day, cleaned everything up. Supervisor explained the new thermostat before they left. So far we've had no problems. I would call them directly myself in the future. We were very satisfied with their work.
