+ -1 moreI was very pleased with their service and loved what they did. The guy who came out was a really great guy. They were reliable, honest, responsible and very caring about the job.
Description of Work: I used SMB Construction to remodel my twelve by fourteen master cathedral ceiling with a lot of bells and whistles and also to build a new laundry room, a pantry and a big walking cross fit. They also installed new flooring in my bedroom and kitchen.

+ -1 moreThey quoted $5600 for the work. I got three quotes basically and they were the one that seemed to understand as to what I wanted the best. They were also the most responsive among the three service providers for the little weird things that I wanted done. They are working in my house right now and I am very pleased with the work that they are doing. I am also pleased with the fact since the work spans a big range from replacing matted insulation to refinishing floors, painting to all kinds of detailed work that they bring in experts for the work where they themselves have all that much experience.
Description of Work: I received a quote from SMB Construction six weeks ago. It is basically a double second floor. It is not exactly remodeling but restoring it the way it is supposed to be after all these years.

+ -1 moreSteve was very courteous & showed up daily as required...he kept us informed every step of the way & completed the job well before it was required.
Description of Work: complete renovation/remodeling of living room & master bedroom due to water damage from burst hot water pipe, required removal of walls & floors, mold remediation, installation of sheet rock, carpeting, & hardwood floors, insulation, as well as painting of walls & ceilings, installation of walk-in shower in master bedroom, all done by Steve & his helpers.
