Description of Work: These two people are scam artists. We signed a contract to paint 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry room and small bathroom. Rusty Nattrass is a false identity. He is in his late 40's, 5'10", 130 lbs, missing teeth, has a hoarse voice, shaven head with a baseball cap, unshaven, and smokes alot. They may be living out of the car described below. Their address was given as 22 Grave Ave., Middletown, NJ, 07758. He refused to give his date of birth and SSN to the police. He took $750 cash, painted one bedroom poorly then claimed he had to go to the dentist. He never returned claiming he had suffered a heart attack. Police said he did not have a heart attack. He also stole a $1000 watch. We have to take them to small claims court. Police did not take fingerprints of our home and our van. Ashley Steinbrick is 24 yrs old and will bring her baby to evoke sympathy. She has a tattoo on the right sight of her neck, brown hair, about 150 lbs. She sat in her car for 4 hrs while "Rusty" worked. Very odd. Police verified she is the owner of a 1996 Hunter Green Subaru station wagon, NJ license # Z11-BHP. The alternate phone number that will may on craigslist will be 908-636-8034. They may be scamming people in NY, PA, NJ, DE, NC and SC. "Rusty" will do anything for a buck. He will claim he was in the army.
