came on time - checked water out with a tester (as I was asking questions).  said it looked good.  also checked on water softener (crawled in crawl space).  said we were not cycling water enough, so she set it for more cycles.  explained about sulfur smell.
very knowledgeable and informative - did not try to sell me anything.   definitely recommend.
