.Parts and town permits/approvals coordinated by Mike O'Brien.
Kept informed of generator delivery and Generac installation dates. Scheduled dates were communicated and met. Work outside house was near bushes but work was performed neatly and bushes left intact, Mike and his workers (Tim & John) were friendly and helpful. Mike is a good communicator and makes sure you understand the installation process.
Electrical work performed by AARMS Electrical (Rick) was done neatly and professionally. Ric will spend as much time as you need to explain what he needa to do, and how he will do it. Dates work to be performed are met. Ric is a perfectionist and no question is a dumb question. He has done work for us in the past and we have always been more than satisfied
