Very professional . Called while en-route. Very neat and clean, wonderful work.

Have been using him since the Summer of 2015.

He answers the phone right then and there, and he will come out the same day or the following day. He is well known and if you google him, he?s got great reviews. He is a one-man band, but he is so good and so fast. He?s fast and he came recommended by the excavators that did my, I had a blow out under the house. 



He came right out. It was $50, that was cheap. He does everything, installs vanities, everything from underneath the house to fine tuning of pumps.

The service went very well. It was quick and there was NO PROBLEM.

He is very very good. He knows his business. He has continually fixed the leak in the water heater, without extra charge to us. He was very professional. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient. I continue to use him. He is very considerate. He is helpful in all decisions throughout the process. He cleans up after himself. He always comes back to fix things if there is a problem after the initial fix.

He was extremely professional, polite, did a great job, and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

I called Mr. Yerike of No Problem Plumbing to help my mother with leaky faucets. She previously had a plumber come to her house and charge $50 for an estimate that was for several hundred dollars to unnecessarily replace the whole faucet set and nearly as much for a repair. She was very upset and sent him home. I called No Problem Plumbing after reading reviews here on Angie's List. I told him the manufacturer and style of the faucet set and that I wanted to have the stems replaced. I was pleasantly surprised (astounded) by the very reasonable estimate. The scope of the work was not unnecessarily expanded and the price of the service was not unnecessarily inflated. He came on time, did what we asked, fixed the problem right, and charged exactly what he estimated it would be.
She also described Mr. Yerike as a nice young man -- personable, professional, and that she enjoyed chatting with him.
My mother said she will stick with Mr. Yerike from now on for all plumbing repairs. She said she would tell her neighbors in her retirement community. I told her I could spread the word on Angies List and that it will reach "a few more people." This is a definite recommendation.

Called 'No Problem Plumbing' on a Sunday afternoon. I had my water main shut off due to a leak under a vanity in a bathroom. Bob came out within 45 minutes of my phone call, cut the pipe where needed, installed new hardware, and was finished before I new he started. I now have a go-to-guy when any future plumbing jobs are required.

I called on a Saturday afternoon. Left a message. Call was promptly returned. Rob scheduled the following day (a Sunday) for our removal and replacement of a vanity and sink in master bath. He arrived promptly. Worked quickly and neatly and finished the job and cleaned up everything. While there, we mention a slow running commode and he also replaced the working to make it run efficiently.
Rob was very personable and professional. His bill was reasonable, especially for a Sunday. This was not an emergency but he still came out on a Sunday.
We have used Rob for another job prior to this one and will absolutely call him the next time we are in need of plumbing services.

Initially, he was great. I gave him a rave review. And he deserved it. But now as he has to return to finish up (albeit a minor thing) I can't get in touch with him. I have no idea what is going on as he was in communication with me consistently for weeks after he performed the work because I needed a part that I got from the faucet co. When I did, he was supposed to return to swap out the part he temporarily used (that doesn't match the fixtures). Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to bash the guy, and he might well have a very logical explanation for dropping out of sight, but it is UNPROFESSIONAL without question to simply leave a customer in the lurch. At some point, he began not answering emails. Finally, when he did, he said to call him. I did. He says "hello" and you have no idea you've reached a business. Then, he acted like I had interrupted him or perhaps that he didn't want to be bothered. I don't know. Very uncomfortable. We made a tentative date for the following week. Then he didn't seem to remember who I was. Ok, no biggy. I contacted him the following week to say that later in the week would be better, and since then...nothing. I got an email response from someone stating he no longer uses that email and to call him instead. I explained the circumstances of his strange behavior and that it was unprofessional that he just left me hanging. They apologized again. I've now been calling the number I was given by the mysterious email person to no avail. Left messages. I'm through. I do not deal with businesses who conduct themselves this way. If I hear from him, and he has a good explanation, I will come back and have the review reflect this.

I would refer them and I would use them again. They were great.

They were very responsive and they did a great job. This company will be my plumbing company for life.

HORRIBLY, DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING CONTRACTOR!! We are General Contractors and we have an A rating on Angies List (See Level and Square Construction, LLC). We used this company on four different jobs giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would do the right thing and want to develop a long term business relationship only to find out the contrary. They could never pass an inspection either rough or final on the first try causing delays in completion, unhappy customers and we were unfortunate in the fact that we used this firm on four consecutive projects and by the time we had our rough inspections on two of them they were already involved with the other two projects, had we known that they were that bad prior to this they would only have done the first two and been fired instead of using them not knowing what we were in for prior to the inspections, for example; one job a kitchen and bathroom remodel they failed inspection because they did not properly pitch and support the waste pipes oh and they installed the dishwasher but hooked up the water supply line to the cold water line instead of the hot. In another project they caused over $1000.00 in damages to the family room ceiling when they were doing the rough installation of a new master bathroom above and they tuned the water on without having a pipe capped. On another job they installed the shower panel which was supplied by the customer but they did it improperly and there was no cold water in the shower, they installed the hand sprayer on the wrong side and they failed to regulate the hot water tempreature. I have had to use another contractor to repair these matters as well as others becuase they refused to honor thier guarantee. We are currenty amassing a total amount of monetary dameges that we suffered due to thier ineptness and will be suing them very shortly.

My wife and I moved into our new house this week and last night we noticed water dripping from the 1st floor ceiling below the master bathroom. We had also noticed a water stain on the 1st floor ceiling below the other 2nd floor bathroom. I called Rob this morning at 7am, he answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for 11:30am. The rest of the account is based on conversations I had with my wife throughout the day since I was at work and she was home with the kids.

She said that Rob and another guy showed up on time and they were both very nice, which was reassuring considering she was home alone. They identified the cause of the leak in both bathrooms and performed the necessary fixes - replaced connections (had to go through the ceiling in one area), caulked areas, etc. They also fixed other misc. plumbing issues that were listed on our home inspection report. They were at our house for about 3-1/2 hours.

I called Rob later on in the day and asked if he could explain the scope of work he performed since I wasn't there. He took the time to let me know what they did. He also told me if we have any leaks pop up for any reason he would come back out the house at no charge.

I would recommend using this company based on the work performed today and the feedback from my wife.

Went very well. Rob is an efficient, skilled, courteous plumber. Even came out on a Sunday at no extra charge!! Performed some miscellaneous work as a courtesy. Will definitely use again. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased a toilet and installation service from home depot. About a month later they finally were able to fit me into their schedule. After removing the old toilet, the contractor told me that there was a problem. I won't go into detail here, but he said that he wouldn't be able to install it - that he was strictly a plumber, and that this job would require sheet rock and painting repair etc ( he neglected to tell me that I would also have to replace the seat that he somehow broke). I was left without a toilet for that night. The next morning I called No Problem Plumbing. They told me that they would be there in about 11/2 hours. Two men showed up on time, assessed the situation, and determined that they would be able to connect it back to the existing structure without any of that other work having to be done. The work took less than 1/2 hour, and Rob seemed incredulous that the other contractor couldn't hook it up. The cost was about the same as Home Depot charged me ( to their credit, I did get a full refund). I would definitely use and recommend No Problem Plumbing.
