Home Building
4 months overdue, no communication during process, over-priced options. Not willing to fix problems with home unless explicitly stated in the Homeowner's Warranty. Of the 5 new homes I have had built, this one presented more problems than the other 4 combined. Builder seems to have the attitude that unless they are required by law to fix a problem, they won't. Bad experience!
