They found a loose wire on one of the detectors (they are 2 years old) and tested and changed all of the batteries. The next night I came home to the alarms going off, when I called to have someone come back out the person i spoke with had an attitude and told me i would have to pay again. I had already paid almost $200.00 . I would not recommend this company
