J & S Paverite Paving

This driveway is only 2 years old and it's already falling apart. Poor materials and workmanship. Had to chase him down to do the job after giving him a deposit 3 months earlier. Had to call him back to finish re-setting brick pavers on front walkway . STAY away !

They eliminated all my concerns when they came back to apply the Driveway Sealer on 4/21/2018. I was not home when they did the Job and when i came back everything was completed as promised. The Driveway Sealer job was performed on 4/21/18 and the product was of premium quality and the price was very competitive. My initial bad experience was rectified and that I will hire this provider for future pavement work around my home.

J & S offered my neighbor a discount on his driveway if he solicited my business. His came art great. Mine? Not so much. They smeared blacktop on this sidewalk at end of driveway - promised to come back to fix it - and never did. Then they dodged my calls!

The job was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with J & S Paveite Paving! The owner's son zac called and came right over to give me a estimate for some holes in my driveway to be repaired and sealcoating. I thought that he was very polite and explained what he could do for the damage. He said he could fill in the holes with asphalt and would try to level the pitching by my garage doors, I had a lot of snow/water get into my garage last winter from this problem. It was too late in the season to have my driveway totally redone so I hired him on the spot and was very pleased at the excellent job he did! I would recommend this company for any of your paving needs.!

Went well.  Additional cost for 2nd layer of asphalt which was unknown during quoting which was $400.

Driveway was not installed as per proposal.  Does not look at good as public highways or parking lots.  Very uneven.  Gravel too large in some places.  Not uniform.

He was 500 dollars cheaper than my other estimate. Gave a professional estimate had a nice brochure and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Save 200 if I paid cash and said he would have it done in about 3 weeks. One day job! Head asked for a $300 deposit (cash) which I gave him. After a month I called twice and after the second time a woman called back and apologized for not calling. Said they just finished a big job and were behind. They would get back to me with a date soon. That was the last I heard from them. I have called several times since and no response. My last call, July 17, I asked for my deposit back and no hard feelings. No response still. Next step is small claims court. I understand people get backed up but it seems they prioritize larger projects do I don't want anyone to work on my property that I can't get a hold of. There isn't any excuse not to call back. The weather has been great so poor customer service. Consumers beware! Btw just in case they have my cell and home numbers both have answering machines and no one called.

No real problems at all. Weather and some equipment / supplier problems forced a few delays. Price was very reasonable considering size of area and quality of work.

Excellent. I have had them for the past 3 years to refresh my blacktop. They come on time, do clean work, and are very well priced. Very professional, hard working, and nice people!
