"We have been around since 1947, have never had a complaint to the better buissness bureau, this lady wanted all her devices replaced, there are 2 ways to wire devices, one is easy & causes Troubleshooting problems down the road, i splice them & wire to screws on device, it takes twice as long, she knew how much is was per device, i'm sorry she was unhappy with my service"
