I paid for them with a credit card and the receipt said shipping withing 3-4 weeks. After a month I attempted to contact them and have still never been able to reach anyone over the phone. I've left several messages. I tried their 'online chat' but apparently no one is ever actually online. I did receive two email responses to the online chat: 1 - The order number did not match the date I provided. The date I said was 'over a month' 2 - I received an email last night: "Please note that at the time of loading your order, it has been damaged and is not fit for shipment. We have no more now. Please let us know if you want us to:1. Offer you any other items OR2. Cancel the order and process a full refund." I firmly believe that if I had not pursued this as vigorously as I did, they would have simply kept the money and never shipped. I sent an email asking for a refund but will also contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. My problem with them is their utter and complete lack of customer service. I would never use this company again under ANY circumstances.
