We can't say enough good things about Ed and his crew.. We were totally impressed. They went above & beyond our expectations. The quality was outstanding. They treated our place like it was their own and the quality showed in the finished product. They were willing to work with us on all the details and answered all our questions. The only negative and its just me, it took longer than I had hoped for. Not their fault. We would highly recommend them without question.

The job completed perfectly. We get many compliments. Remodeling existing structures can get complicated Eddie knows what he is doing and doesn't settle for anything less then perfect. I have seen him pull out his own sub contractors work because it didn't meet his standards. We have had almost no issues since construction was completed (7 years ago), but any time we needed (minor issues) he always came back and made sure things we correct.

Showed up promptly for appointment to review the job and estimate. We contracted with Szulecki to expand an existing deck.  Most of the work was left to his sons who did not have the best attention to detail.  During demolition, broken up sidewalk was dumped out in the woods behind our house instead of disposing of it properly.  The debris was clearly visible from our house.  When we complained it was removed.   A landing sidewalk was repoured but  was not in the right place and had to be redone - again only after we insisted.   They worked very short days and it took many months to complete the job.  This should have been maybe a 4 week job that took 4 months.  The final product looked good but we felt we had to closely watch them every step of the way.
