I wanted to hire an unlicensed contractor, but my sister insisted on a contractor. We were referred to Wayne by our next door neighbor who is a long time realtor, and his wife. After getting quotes from unlicensed workers, but reputable and from Wayne, we decided on using Wayne. There was less than a $200 difference if that much. We are really glad we chose Wayne. He was courteous, quick, patient, prompt, kind, and thorough. The workmanship is spectacular and Wayne went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We will be hiring Wayne for more of our home improvement needs and I highly recommend him,

I just had a job completed by Wayne, from Distinctive Builders. I had one bathroom renovated with a new tub and doors installed, retiled floors & walls, painted, electrical & plumbing work. In the other bathroom I had a new floor put down and painted. I had a problem with a water leak after he took up the floor. He addressed the problem & fixed it immediately. He was right on the mark with knowing what to do. He not only did the big job but hung mirrors, put up pictures, put back switch plates and he offered great suggestions while doing the job in order for it to have a finished look. His suggestions turned out perfect as my bathrooms look beautiful. His licensed plumber & electrician did a very professional job. They came on time so the job was not held up. No matter where I purchased my materials, which was in different locations, he picked up everything. Wayne was always on time, returned my phone calls and cleaned up at the end of the day.

He is reliable, respectful. quality workmanship, fair in price & a pleasure to do business with. I world definitely recommend him.

He installed the handrails in about 3 hours and its very sturdy. Very good quality of work.

The service was done very well. He also followed up with me to verify that the door functions properly.
