"Mrs. [Member Name Removed] like I told you on the phone we had a mechanical problem with our truck that day. We repaired the truck the same day and got back on the road but I told you the delivery was going to be made late, but it was going to be made. You said to cancel your order because you had to go to work. I said no problem and I had no control of the truck breaking down. I immediately refunded a credit to your credit card. You really shouldn't bash a company on the Internet. Remember their are two sides to every story. Out of 2500 happy customers I'm ok with 1 person that's not happy.
