A nightmare from beginning to end. Had to redo the entire job by ripping out the closet wall and reworking all the plumbing to realign the shower transfer valves just so the knobs could attach to the valve. Took me two days to resolve this issue which had to be done before I could use the shower. This required ripping out the sheetrock in the closet next to the shower and then reworking the entire plumbing behind the tiled shower to correct the problem. Then new shettrock, spackle, and paint to correct closet invasion. The main transfer value is designed by the manufacturer to be set 1 1/8 inch behind the tile surface. The photo shows the valve was set 1 3/4" below the tile surface. This means the valve handles could not even be attached to the value stems because it was set 5/8" beyond the depth design set by the manufacturer. Marble shower sill tilted out into the main bath floor; had to reset angle to allow water to flow into shower base. Required over 1/2 " lift on outside of sill to correct a six inch width. That is some adjustment to get drainage to enter shower than room floor. I used two full marble glue cartridges just to support the sill at the correct angle. Water pools all over the shower base, not constructed with proper drainage angle to allow water to flow into sewer. Absolutely horrible installation. I included a photo of the glistening water that remained on the floor after water shut off. To correct this blunder, would require ripping out the tile floor and concrete base and bringing the job back to ground zero and all the expense for materials and labor by a new company. So, I'm living with the flat surface tile floor because I don't want to spend thousands more to rip everything apart just to correct water lying on the floor after a shower. Sloppy job is to put it mildly. Shower floor sewer plate tilted on such an angle, that part of the sharp metal square drain cap was above the floor tile line. The square corners are like a razor and could easily cut the skin if a foot slid against the sharp 90 degree metal edge. I took that apart and carefully ground down the drain to get all sharp edges below the floor line. This issue could have easily been avoided had the drain been set level and 1/4" below the tile floor line. Installer claimed the tiles were warped during installation. Visually, the tiles shift from high and low in some areas, as tiles placed on the wall had various surface hights compared with neighboring tiles. My sense is that installation had thick and thin areas of mastic applied to the wall and some tiles would sit higher because of an inconsistent application of the tile glue. Based on these facts, it is my posistion that the mechanic (owner) is not suited to handle the detail work required for a proper bathroom shower. The photos included here tell the rest of the story. (I have many more photos, but these photos support the points listed in this review.)

He was very prompt in coming to my home.  He did beautiful work.  His prices are competitive.  He's just an all round nice person to work with.  We had a very good experience with him.  I would recommend him highly.  If I had any work done again or recommend somebody it would be him.  He is just somebody that you feel comfortable with working in your home.  He last did work for us in July.
