+ -1 moreI was TOTALLY impressed with their professionalism. Kate explained all the paperwork and agreements. Toured the property, explained the strengths and weaknesses of the house. Colleen took digital photos inside and outside. She then explained the customized marketing plan. Posting on Trulia, Zillow and more. They gave me tips on how to improve of value of the house. Even recommended contractors if I needed them. I never expected to sign an agreement so quickly. But I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism that I hired them the same day.
Description of Work: I made one phone call on Friday pm. Appt scheduled for Saturday pm. Kathleen and Colleen Troy came equipped with all forms, comparables etc.
