Albert was one of three tree services we called. We had used him a few months before Hurricane Sandy and again when Sandy dropped a large tree on our cottage which is hours away from where we live. We were very satisfied with the work he did and how quickly he responded both time. When we needed a tree removed this year we had lost his contact information so contacted two other services before we found his information. One of the other services said they would contact us after viewing the tree and never did. We never heard from the other service we called. Albert called back within an hour of our leaving a message. He told us how long it would take to get to our tree, called us the day of the removal and sent an email of pictures after it was removed. He was prompt, communicated well and I felt his price was fair.
