Matt is wonderful. He doesn’t charge if it is his fault. Both my thermostats were within warranty. The first thermostat went, and he replaced that at no charge. The second thermostat went, and he explained why the thermostat timer was off. He told me it was his fault for not explaining to me about the timer on it, and he did not charge me. He is terrific. He comes out no matter what. His price is reasonable. The price for my air conditioning unit was good. After he put in my air conditioning unit, I had noise in the vents, and he put brackets in for free. He came out twice, and he was willing to come back if I had the same problem, and he did not charge me. He is reliable, and his products are good. He never forgets his regular customers. His responsiveness depends on what the situation is. He takes his call in order of emergency. He took a long time to get the current work done because he had people who did not have air conditioning, while I had a problem with only the timer. If he says he will be here in half an hour, he will be here, but sometimes, he is not exactly on time. He is very professional, and yet he is like a next door neighbor kind of guy. His attire may not reflect his professionalism because he would be all sweaty from the previous job; he is not worried about how he looks.
