Very well! I made contact with them prior to the new windows/doors being installed and was given instructions on what to do and when. As instructed, I contacted them again on the day of the installation and they immediately dispatched a crew to review the work and determine what options existed to ensure the alarm system would be ready. We reviewed options, selected a course of action and the crew quickly and expertly worked on the system to ensure complete coverage and no interruption in service. They worked hand in hand with the window/door installers to ensure everything was done right the first time. Professional, courteous and skilled!

I'm very satisfied with Ocean Security. They were very quick to contact us and knew enough to try all of our contact numbers. We feel like we're very safe with them monitoring the system. The price is very low. We pay a monthly fee. I would recommend them.
