my entire first floor and crawl space were destroyed by the flooding of Sandy. it all had to be gutted--- floors completely ripped out all kitchen appliances and lower cabinets. garage contents destroyed doors removed and i needed a total renovation. My crawl space needed to be drained and re-insulated. This was done by my first contractor. It became clear to me that I was being overcharged for sub-par work and to be honest, he just seemed to be under qualified. We parted ways and then Art took over. What a difference! He took charge and got the job organized right away. He worked long hours and weekends. He instilled in me a feeling of confidence and security. And his work was impeccable. It is rare to find such quality and work ethic these days. Art Gillman gave me my house back.
