This was a text message between Jessica (an employee at Aquarius Pools and Spa) and me. I checked to see if the person was coming to service my pool, and Jessica lied to me, telling me it was the weather. Then she said they only have one tech who services spas, and then she said he was sick, and then she said she regrets that they no longer can service me. Then she had the nerve to ask me to leave a key for a man I had never met. How thoughtless and dangerous is that? A total waste of my time. Aquarius pools and spas are very inconsiderate of people time and will lie to your face. This is so sad. Be very careful who you give your personal information to. These messages were copied and pasted from my text messages ON March 14, 2023. 9:29 AM Me: Hi. Will they call at least 30 minutes before they come tomorrow? 1:02 PM Jessica: Good afternoon,  I am thinking it will be switched to Thursday as the weather is much nicer on Thursday. I will know for sure at 4 p.m. today. ME:I am not available Thursday. I already took Wednesday off to make sure I was home. The weather should not interfere with what he has to do. You said it would take five minutes. Jessica: Yes, it will take about five minutes. I am waiting to hear from the technician, as he is sick as well. He has a full day booked for tomorrow. I will be in touch shortly. ME: That is what I am confused about. If it will take 5 minutes. The weather should not matter. Okay, I will wait to hear back. 4:21 PM ME Hi It is past 4 p.m. What time will the tech come tomorrow? I checked the weather. It will not be bad tomorrow. 4:24 PM: JESSICA: Good afternoon,  He is not coming in tomorrow; he is still sick. It is looking like Thursday at the moment, but still not 100%. Sorry for the inconvenience, but he is the only one who works on the hot tubs. If you would like to leave a key to the gate somewhere, that way you do not have to wait around. I will know more tomorrow if he feels better. ME: I have to be home. I would never leave a key for someone I do not even know. That does not even make sense for me to do. Friday is better. In the future, can you please let me know ahead of time? If I had not texted to follow up on him coming, I would not have known. Jessica: I would have called to reschedule. I was waiting on him. I have Thursday Available only. ME: I am not available Thursday. I already took Wednesday off to make sure I was home. First you told me it was the weather, then you said he was sick. You said at 4 p.m., and I never heard back. Then now you are not 100% sure if tomorrow will work, and I have to sit around and wait for you to tell me he may or may not come. It is hard for me to do anything with less than 24 hours notice of cancellations. I never knew he was the only staff member you had who worked in spas. So if I have an issue over the summer with the spa, he would be the only person to depend on, and he would tell you last minute that he is sick. So had I known, I would not have missed a day of work. JESSICA: Good evening,  At this time, we have regretfully made the decision not to pursue services at your residence. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Worse service ever! they do not vaccum. litteraly stood 5 mins. put chemicals thats it. i could have done that myself. my filter not working properly they didnt check that. didnt put my ladder. it was like i litteraly paid for a man from the corner came to open my pool. 4 days later i had to go and hire another professional person. Then Jessica said she will call me back never did. Smh most terrible service ever. Dont waste your money on these crappy people starting think there a scam

Successfully unblocked skimmer line, but did not remove all the debris, chemical treatment did not clean up the water (still green), use and broke battery powered leaf catcher.

I received estimates from three companies and chose this one based on the company history, their explanation of how they would handle my project and their description of their ongoing pool servicing. I used them for all last season and am delighted with the service. They are reasonably priced, reliable and great to work with. They exceeded my expectations and did a far better job than my previous pool company. I have and will recommend this company to others.

The pool professionals were very polite and courteous. They let my children get involved with the pool closing. They were very knowledgeable. They showed my husband the filter and explained what they were doing and what he could do in the future to keep our pool running smoothly.

I hired them they changed my pool to salt water and installed a new liner amazing work was perfect and the service was better price and warranty was even better I highly recommened

Aquarius was very helpful and accommodating initially. Unfortunately as soon as they opened my pool it was losing mass amounts of water. Jessica was as helpful as she could be on the phone but they wouldn't do anything to correct the issue or come out to even assess it because they were too busy. I eventually called the company that installed my pool and they knew the problem immediately; the sump pump was opened by Aquarius which was draining all the water from my pool. Very easy fix but just something annoying. Aquarius might have not been familiar with my set up. Very good prices though.

I have used them for opening and closing my pool for over three years. Their work is always excellent.

AFTER USING OTHER COMPANIES FOR YEARS, AQUARIUS IS NOW MY ONLY PLACE FOR ALL OF MY POOL NEEDS. I'M 5 STAR HAPPY.
