As a new pool owner, I hired Aquarius for my pool closing and they did a great job answering all of my questions. They cleaned all of my equipment thoroughly in preparation for the off season months and were very tidy in the process. I will probably hire them again next year.

Terrible Experience! James came to our house yesterday and within a few minutes claimed that he could not open the pool and that it would cost us $4,000 to repair pool parts that are almost new! He also said he needed to know by 4 pm if we wanted the parts. We now have others to open the pool who have advised it will cost us less than a $1,000 to fix the problem if one even exists. We may need to sue to get our money back, but we will make sure we get our money back because we are not paying twice to open the pool.

Have them open the pool. The price was very fair. James was very professional, competent and very helpful. I will definitely call them again at closing or for other pool renovation projects.

They always do what they say they are going to do. I've been through a few pool companies and AQUARIUS is head and shoulders above the others that I've used. I don't see myself ever calling anyone else!

Aqua Pools and Spas were excellent! It's the week before Memorial Day and I couldn't find ANYONE to open my pool so late in the season, not to mention its holiday time. I received a phone call right away, and was able to schedule service for the very next day. The staff were friendly, highly knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pool. Not to mention, they have an entire pool and spa line, so we are going to purchase a pool heater from them as well. Thank you Jim

My hot tub is an older model (late 1990's). The unit was working but needed a "tune up". They came one day after I called Home Advisor. They were very polite and efficient. Did a great job. The tub is working like new. Reasonable price. I will be using them for any future hot tub needs. Highly recommend.

Wanted my pool closed. They answered request immediately, called before appointment date, came on time, personnel was extremely pleasant and efficient. Well worth the money. Best pool company experience I have had yet.
