They were able to come out same day to look at our pump issue and repair it the next day for about $100 less than other places we contacted. Jim showed he knew what he was doing and talking about, evaluating quickly and getting the job done in the short timeframe we had, while being courteous and professional the whole time. I won't need to call around anymore.

Jim, at Aquarius pools worked extremely hard to diagnos and then solve my problem. Though it took a few visits, to get to the root of the problem (heater element) Jim solved my problems and got my old tub running better then ever

He was very helpful and truthful. He gave me some good hints and did not take advantage of the situation. He had the part in his car and he fixed it quick.

I had never even heard of Service Magic, so of course I was immediately skeptical of the promises. When 3 service sources were recommended, I immediately did an online search for reviews. In my case, Aquarius had about 98% 5 of 5 stars, with a couple of people with really bad testimonies. Before I even had time to digest the reviews, my phone rang-- it was Aquarius! Just based on that "first impression", I decided to give Aquarius a try. (by the way, never even heard from the other 2 recommendations-- maybe SM needs to re-consider their recommendation standards?). Aquarius did a great job at a great price, and will use them again.

Very thorough & informative of what needs tobe done for maintenance

We had a problem with the hot tub main breaker tripping. Jim diagnosed it, tried everything, concluded it wasn't the hot tub and that it was the breaker. He was here for about 1.25 hours and only charged a service call. Other competitors that we have had previously would charge a $100 service call before they even looked at anything. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and if we have any future problems with the hot tub we will call him back. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Very friendly also.

EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING TO ME. TOOK HIS TIME AND EVAN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER OF MY HOT TUB TO GET AN ANSWER FO ME.MY TUB IS UP AND RUNNING. WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMEND JIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A POOL OR HOT TUB GUY.
