Freindly, didn't appear to be familiar with my brand of spa.(Jacuzzi) Left the cover off my electrical box. If it doesn't leak in the spring when I reopen it , then it was a good job. Then the rating would be a 5 on my spa closing.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with the dedication of Jim Howard and Aquarius Pools. After having been �unimpressed� with our prior pool closing service companies we contacted Jim through ServiceMagic. Jim took apart our filter and found it caked with DE to the point it looked like the entire filter was filled with concrete. No prior pool service ever told us it needed to be cleaned regularly and, clearly, no other pool service ever opened the filter. Jim spent 2 � hours checking out every aspect of our pool and made recommendations for next spring which, unfortunately, will mean installing a new filter. He additionally, told us that after a filter is installed, he will spend time with us explaining proper pool maintenance. I have the utmost respect for Jim�s professionalism and feel that finally after 12 years of pool ownership we are in competent hands.
