Jim and his partner were thoroughly knowledgeable with every component and element of our in ground pool, heater and filter. They closed our pool in very inclement weather, gave me advice and answered all of my questions. We are confident we chose the right company for our pool closing and look forward to working with Jim again in the spring for our opening.

I highly recommend Aquaris Pools for service. They were prompt to respond, provided information to make an informed decision, and very professional. As a result, we are switching to Aquaris moving forward for all our pool services. Our heater needed about $1200.00 of repair. When I asked if it makes more sense to buy a new heater they provided me information and resources to make an informed decision to ensure customer satisfaction. To my suprise, after they left we noticed they repaired a minor leak our filter had at no charge. Extremly pleased and impressed with Aquaris.

What a difference- Aquarius was great and rare in business honorable. Felt like everyone else was trying to scam me. Jim at Aquarius showed up on time - even in rain that I would not work in. He was fair and quick. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

Aquarius diagnosed the problem perfectly. ( it was not the heater, it was a blockage in the return line) This was a major problem and required a pool line camera so I had to hire someone else for the repair, but Aquarius did not charge me, because they weren't able to fix it, even though they spent numerous hours at my home taking apart the plumbing system to try and find the problem. I intend to use Aquarius for all of my future pool needs. I recommend them highly.
