+ -1 moreWe've called a total of 3 times. The second time they returned out call and set an appointment. On the date of the appointment it snowed. They never called to cancel or re-schedule. We called back to re-schedule - they've haven't contacted us since. We're giving them one more shot but are looking at Angie's List for alternatives. I've given them an N/A on Professionalism - which I think is generous. A professional organization would have followed up after the snow day to reschedule the job. I'd suggest if you contact them for work, call a few other gutter cleaners as backups.
Description of Work: Like other reviewers have noted, getting ACE Cleaning on the phone is difficult. They don't return phone calls. When we did get them on the phone they were courteous.

+ 0 moreWell the workers got here and let us know they were here. They got on the roof and cleaned the gutters and blew the leaves off the roof. Then they power washed the house and removed ALL the mildew and there was quite a bit. They didn't rush and did a great job the house hasn't looked this good since we had the vinyl siding installed. They cleaned it all even the windows got washed. They power washed the patio and it is cleaner then it has ever been, we are here 22 years and used a personal power washer but never got all the stains off of the patio but they did! They cleaned the slate walkway and then the shed ramp which was black with dirt but now looks new. They power washed the shed and even had to scrub it some areas and that looks really good too. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I gave them a B in price only because I didn't price other companies and so don't know how good or bad the price is but felt it was reasonable for the work that was done. I gave them a B in punctuality because they arrived 20 minutes after the appointment time.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters including blowing leaves, etc. off of roof. Power washed exterior of house, patio, slate walkway and shed and shed ramp including scrubbing and removing mildew.

+ -1 moreWhen I called them to get an estimate, they came out on time and I was pleased with their professionalism. They explained what they were going to do. They explained the difference between the mold and the moss on the patio, and how it gets there. I was very pleased with them so I had them come out to do the work. They were on time, offered a courteous service, did all of the work and they had me walk around the property to make sure I was pleased with the job that they did.
Description of Work: They came out to power wash the siding on my home, fence, concrete patio and walkway, they also cleaned my gutters. It was all completed all work within 3 hours.

+ -1 moreI called for gutter cleaning and repair (some gutters were coming away from the house) and was told that the cost would be $100 (excellent price, included coupon discount they applied even though I didn't have the coupon!). They arrived on time, were courteous and prompt. Gutters are cleaned and nailed back in to the house where they were coming away. Outstanding. Better than a competitor I had used in the past who charged more and left gutter debris behind. This company leaves no sign of debris.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Answered call on first attempt. Provided immediate estimate over the phone which was accurate. Scheduled appointment for within a week of my call. Guys showed up on the scheduled day as expected. Cleaned gutters, checked pitch, caulked etc. Clean up of the job was perfect. I would not have even known the guys had been here if my gutters weren't totally clean. There was no debris left on our property. Cost exactly matched the estimate. Company was a pleasure to do business with and even provides the option to set up for scheduled gutter cleanings every 4-6 months.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and finished the job very quickly. They did accidentally miss one of the gutters, which I discovered a day or so later when I looked out of a second story window at the back of the house. I called them right away as soon as I discovered it but it took them several days to come back and finish the job. Otherwise, I suppose I would use them again for gutter cleaning. I did ask them for a quote to install gutter guards and thought it seemed quite high, so we decided against it.
Description of Work: Cleaned our gutters and downspouts. The receipt also said that they secured the gutters to fascia of the house and checked for proper pitch, replaced nails, screws, straps and hangers accordingly, and caulked seems and end caps as needed. I did not observe them doing any of these additional services, so I'm not sure what, if anything was done.

+ -1 moreCalled left voice mail, no one responded , called again and made appointment. On the day of service I called to see what time they would be here and the answer was basically whenever. When they did arrive, they were quick and courteous. Job performed seems OK, we'll see next time we have rain. I thought price was fair. I also wanted them to clean our windows but even though it's on their website they said they didn't do it anymore.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for "gutter cleaning" on my Mom's small "Cape Cod" house. I was given a very good price over the telephone, this was the price my Mom ultimately paid. I called early this morning to see what specific time the work would be done. The owner gave me a time estimate based on his schedule for the day. He came within the time frame (even early!) to the delight of my Mom. My Mom has has this work done before by other companies-- no one compares to the high quality of this company. The gutters were blown clean, all debris (including a dead bird) were removed, her property was left in excellent condition. Drains were "flushed" -- they know what they are doing! One part of her gutter/drainage system is cracked -- this was discovered in the process of cleaning. This piece will be replaced by the same company next week. TOTALLY AMAZING! Since I am currently living 6 hours from my Mom (and she is 88 years old) I am thrilled to have such a great service provided. While he was there, he gave her an estimate for snow removal and for window cleaning. She is going to have her windows cleaned, too!! The owner came on the job.

+ -1 moreI have never had such a fabulous job done! They were here three hours. They used water and a blower. They did a wonderful job cleaning up any debris that fell or got onto the house. The price was very reasonable. I think they deserve more money than what they charged me. I used to have one man and he never spent more than an hour. This time I had two gentlemen. I think they run $100 an hour. It was well worth the price.
Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters on our over 4,000 square foot home.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual within an hour. They cleaned the gutters and roof top with a leaf blower and checked the leaf guards. They picked up all the debris and didn't leave a mess. They also gave us the option of flushing the gutters with water but, they didn't think it was necessary so we declined. A few days later we had a huge downpour and the gutters performed well.

+ -1 moreThe cedar deck became gray and ACE CLEANING came in, did an estimate and completed the job, working in the dry pockets of a few unseasonably rainy days. Compare this to two other local companies, who barely returned their phone calls. ACE did not use harsh chemicals and did not leave a mess. Excellent work, much recommended.

+ -1 moreGiven the many companies who seem not to care about the work they do, I am very happy and relieved about the work done on our gutters. The workers were polite and professional, and expressed awareness that we have a wood shingle roof which cannot be walked on. Furthermore, they performed a quick visual inspection of the roof itself (which is obviously not easy for us to see) and reported back to us on its condition, especially looking for rotting wood or mold. I intend to hire them again. From this experience, I recommend them to others without reservation.
Description of Work: A team of two arrived in the morning to begin work. They cleaned the gutters, inspected the efficiency of the system (which is probably 50 years old), and secured the gutters and leaders where necessary.

+ -1 moreAfter a very heavy rainfall during which I was home, I realized my gutters were badly clogged and needed to be cleaned ASAP. I called Ace Cleaning on on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a callback on Monday. Anthony, the owner, called me early Saturday evening and promised someone would be there on Monday morning by 11. They showed up on time, were courteous and quick. I will use them in the future. They perform other services (windows cleaning, snow removal), which I may also ask them to quote on.
