Well the workers got here and let us know they were here. They got on the roof and cleaned the gutters and blew the leaves off the roof. Then they power washed the house and removed ALL the mildew and there was quite a bit. They didn't rush and did a great job the house hasn't looked this good since we had the vinyl siding installed. They cleaned it all even the windows got washed. They power washed the patio and it is cleaner then it has ever been, we are here 22 years and used a personal power washer but never got all the stains off of the patio but they did! They cleaned the slate walkway and then the shed ramp which was black with dirt but now looks new. They power washed the shed and even had to scrub it some areas and that looks really good too. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I gave them a B in price only because I didn't price other companies and so don't know how good or bad the price is but felt it was reasonable for the work that was done. I gave them a B in punctuality because they arrived 20 minutes after the appointment time.

When I called them to get an estimate, they came out on time and I was pleased with their professionalism. They explained what they were going to do. They explained the difference between the mold and the moss on the patio, and how it gets there. I was very pleased with them so I had them come out to do the work. They were on time, offered a courteous service, did all of the work and they had me walk around the property to make sure I was pleased with the job that they did.

I called for gutter cleaning and repair (some gutters were coming away from the house) and was told that the cost would be $100 (excellent price, included coupon discount they applied even though I didn't have the coupon!). They arrived on time, were courteous and prompt. Gutters are cleaned and nailed back in to the house where they were coming away. Outstanding. Better than a competitor I had used in the past who charged more and left gutter debris behind. This company leaves no sign of debris.

they did the job while i was not home, so i have no idea how many, how professional, or how clean; i haven't crawled up to the roof to check it out, but it certainly appears better!

Overall, the deck work was done well. There was some overspray that lightly stained the surrounding vinyl siding.

Great experience. Answered call on first attempt. Provided immediate estimate over the phone which was accurate. Scheduled appointment for within a week of my call. Guys showed up on the scheduled day as expected. Cleaned gutters, checked pitch, caulked etc. Clean up of the job was perfect. I would not have even known the guys had been here if my gutters weren't totally clean. There was no debris left on our property. Cost exactly matched the estimate. Company was a pleasure to do business with and even provides the option to set up for scheduled gutter cleanings every 4-6 months.

They arrived on time and finished the job very quickly. They did accidentally miss one of the gutters, which I discovered a day or so later when I looked out of a second story window at the back of the house. I called them right away as soon as I discovered it but it took them several days to come back and finish the job. Otherwise, I suppose I would use them again for gutter cleaning. I did ask them for a quote to install gutter guards and thought it seemed quite high, so we decided against it.

Called left voice mail, no one responded , called again and made appointment. On the day of service I called to see what time they would be here and the answer was basically whenever. When they did arrive, they were quick and courteous. Job performed seems OK, we'll see next time we have rain. I thought price was fair. I also wanted them to clean our windows but even though it's on their website they said they didn't do it anymore.

They did a satisfactory job. They were very nice and they kept everything cleaned up and neat. They also showed up to do the work when they said that they were going to.

I have never had such a fabulous job done! They were here three hours. They used water and a blower. They did a wonderful job cleaning up any debris that fell or got onto the house. The price was very reasonable. I think they deserve more money than what they charged me. I used to have one man and he never spent more than an hour. This time I had two gentlemen. I think they run $100 an hour. It was well worth the price.

They called me ahead of time to tell me that they couldn't come out and clean the gutters, because the weather was getting bad. They always answered my calls when I called them.

They were punctual within an hour. They cleaned the gutters and roof top with a leaf blower and checked the leaf guards. They picked up all the debris and didn't leave a mess. They also gave us the option of flushing the gutters with water but, they didn't think it was necessary so we declined. A few days later we had a huge downpour and the gutters performed well.

My initial contact with the company was impressive. They took all the information over the phone and provided an estimate. They did a very nice job and showed up to do the job during the week as promised.

The cedar deck became gray and ACE CLEANING came in, did an estimate and completed the job, working in the dry pockets of a few unseasonably rainy days. Compare this to two other local companies, who barely returned their phone calls. ACE did not use harsh chemicals and did not leave a mess. Excellent work, much recommended.

Given the many companies who seem not to care about the work they do, I am very happy and relieved about the work done on our gutters. The workers were polite and professional, and expressed awareness that we have a wood shingle roof which cannot be walked on. Furthermore, they performed a quick visual inspection of the roof itself (which is obviously not easy for us to see) and reported back to us on its condition, especially looking for rotting wood or mold. I intend to hire them again. From this experience, I recommend them to others without reservation.

After a very heavy rainfall during which I was home, I realized my gutters were badly clogged and needed to be cleaned ASAP. I called Ace Cleaning on on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a callback on Monday. Anthony, the owner, called me early Saturday evening and promised someone would be there on Monday morning by 11. They showed up on time, were courteous and quick. I will use them in the future. They perform other services (windows cleaning, snow removal), which I may also ask them to quote on.

The Ace crew arrived when they said they were going to. The performed the work while I was at work and didn't require someone there to babysit. The They scheduled payment for a time when it was convenient for me. They even moved the grills and patio furniture from the deck.

Anthony showed up on time and power washed the house, deck and fence. In fact, the fence wasn't even part of the estimate and he threw it in free of charge.

Great. Scheduling is easy, work is done timely, and quality is excellent. We have found Ace Cleaning to be wonderful to deal with.
