 + 0 moreI had a great experience; made the appointment over the phone. I was referred by a neighbor that brings his vehicle to them. I dropped off my car and the manager drove me to the train station so I could get to work on time. They called me with an estimate within 2 hours, explained the services that needed to be done and the importance of doing them. I didn't want to spend a lot of $$$ so we did the most critical this time and they noted on my account the work that needs to still be done and gave that to me with my bill. I'll bring my vehicle back at the next oil change and have the rest done. They picked me up from the train station after work and even washed my car! The shop is a step back in time.... customer service with care that you rarely see anymore
Description of Work: I recently had my Jeep in for service. The job was completed on time and within the agreed price. The staff was very knowledgeable about my vehicle routine/required maintenance. I frequently tow with a small trailer, the mechanic even fixed a broken wire in the trailer plug that I didn't even mention when I dropped it off. Clearly they are very thorough.
