J Y (Jeff Yauch) came & disconnected (for good) even the freezer side. We had to scramble & buy a fridge pronto !

THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THE THING I REALLY LIKE IS THAT THEY GIVE ME THE REPAIR FEE RIGHT THERE WHILE THEY ARE LOOKING OVER EVERYTHING. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY EVER SINCE AND I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE. THEY ARE GREAT!
