First, I've had my computers fixed by the Geek Squad in the past and the
service was exceptional. This time was a different story. They had my
laptop for almost 2 weeks and it was worse than it was before I took it
in. During the 2 weeks they had the machine, I couldn't get a straight
answer out of anyone. I was told to check the status online. It never
changed. It continued to say it was waiting to be assigned to an agent. I
called the 800 number to get the status. They told me I needed to call
the store. I called the store and got a song and dance. I asked why they
didn't update the status online and I was told they didn't do that.
Duh.
They deactivated software on the machine without my
permission. It appears they may have lacked the knowledge to fix the
problem correctly so they just removed software.
I'll probably give them another chance in the future but I will NOT be going back to the Geek Squad in Iselin, that's for sure.

I felt that the tech was very helpful, he did not pressure me into having any service done and gave me some helpful suggestions

They communicated very well and told me everything they were going to do. They did a very good job for me. They also explained that what we needed and what we didn't need. They also suggested things to do to help me out and I thought that was great.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON OUR COMPUTER. THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO OTHERS TO GET ANY COMPUTER REPAIRS DONE.

THEY FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY TV VERY QUICKLY. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE A PRETTY DECENT COMPANY & I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB FIXING MY COMPUTER. THEY FIXED IT REALLY QUICKLY AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE THEY INSTALLED THAT NEW SOFTWARE ON IT.
