replacement windows
 + -1 moreHe is very responsible, punctual, and informative. When he was put in steps for me, he saw that the wood was not right and he replaced it for me. He did a good job.

contractors, concrete repair
 + 0 moreHe showed up on time to do the work. Some of the sap is coming out on of the wood he bought to build the steps. He was very courteous when he was there.
Description of Work: He removed my old step and installed new steps for me.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreI felt the job went very well. Jim explained things and kept me informed. I trusted him and felt I could put my confidence in him to be knowledgeable, honest and do a good job. The windows were secure and worked well.
Description of Work: Installed three specially constructed weather insulated windows in attic in old house. Jim was on time and responsible. He had discussed the the project at an earlier meeting and after completing the work, he showed what he had done and how the windows worked. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the job and understood how to work the windows. He cleaned up after the job.
