It took about a week in work time over the course of two weeks because of permit delays and we had rainy days understandably. He took off old roof and old Yankee gutters and basically put on new roof , new gutters and even replaced a small roof patch on 2nd floor balcony removing satellite dishes. Besides the slight delay, one of his workers put his foot through the ceiling of our attic but he quickly repaired that. Cleanup was immaculate like there was not work at all.
Overall I was really happy with Pedro andhis workers. They were professional and punctual. I gave him extra money for doing such a great job. Definitely was happy to replace roof before Sandy storm.
