Absolutely great! Contractor was very professional. From start to finish, job was completed the afternoon of March 14, 2025, in a professional, expert manner. The finished product was absolutely perfect! The new vinyl siding replacement panels match the existing siding perfectly. Extremely pleased with the entire project and the quality of the outcome.

I hired Economic Pro Construction for a full flat roof replacement. Initially, a tech (i think) quoted me $7,000 after the inspection. I made it clear that I wanted a new roof, not a repair, and asked them to account for all potential extras upfront so I wouldn?t be surprised by additional costs. After this request, they revised my quote to $12,500, a significant increase from the original estimate. I accepted, assuming this covered everything. Once work started?literally just after peeling up the flat roofing?the owner informed me that my shingles and chimney needed additional work for an extra $3,200. The problem? These issues were completely visible from the start. These were not hidden problems uncovered mid-project; they should have been included in my initial quote. After my complaint, I was offered a $1,200 discount, which was a standard new customer offer from their website and should have been automatically included from the start. Work is good, poor professionalism.

Luis and his crew did a great job replacing a flat roof along with part of the main roof. This was a big job that was very well done in good time. Lewis is the owner of the company so you do not need to go through levels of salesmen. He gave me a fair price and scheduled the job for the next day. I had a leak in my roof and needed new gutter guards. Luis is super nice, polite and professional. He promptly arrived on site and explained what needed to be done to resolve my problem at a very fair price. Luis and his team were extremely efficient and resolved my problem in no time. Luis kept me informed by sending me pictures of the excellent work he had done on the roof. I highly recommend Luis and his team and will definitely use them again in future should the need arise.

They did an adequate job, but in the end, it was very pricey ($1000) to clean and repair the gutters, including what they called putting covers on the gutters, which I assumed would be one of the commonly advertised typed of gutter covers, but it was not. Instead, they took a metal mesh and stapled it all along our gutters, so this is not removable, in case we have to open them up and clean out from time to time. According to them, we should never have to clean our gutters again. Also, there were 2 spots I called them back to fix, which they said they would last Sunday, and they never showed, and have not been in touch. They were very courteous and nice and otherwise showed up when they said they were going to. Considering that the last time I spent only $150 to clean all my gutters, and this cost us $1000, I do not think it was worth the money.
