I had originally scheduled the appointment right after hurricane Sandy, they called me on Monday before the storm, my appointment was to be on Wednesday to reschedule, so I did for two weeks later.
On day of the appointment they called me in the morning to confirm that I still wanted it done. I had them come to my office. The technician called me about 15 mins before he arrived to let me know it was going to be there. He arrived right on time, and I showed him the car, and I was told it would take approx 1 hour to finish and that I needed to wait at least two hours before I can drive to let the glue set. The tech got right to work and it all went smoothly and 45 mins later he was done.
I checked out the work and signed off on the job and payed with a credit card the agreed upon price, where were no surprises.
Overall I an very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to others.
