However, as expected the laminate flooring is coming apart because the padding is too think and it never settled properly as it would not on such padding.
Our contract clearly stated that the carpet and padding would be removed and proper underlay would be placed down. I have tried repeated to text, email and call him, I have exhausted all options. HE DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, HE HANGS UP, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
It is clear Malcolm cheaped out, took a shortcut to save himself some money at my expense. I have now got to pay for the reinstallation of all the flooring.
I would not recommend using his services at all, he does not guarantee work and will just ignore you if you have any issues with his work. Please do yourself a favor and find a more professional handyman for your needs.
