Mortgage Companies
This company is average, but they are not local. They are located off in the South somewhere, so there is nothing real personable about them. I guess they are okay. They're like every other mortgage company. They take my money.

Window Service
OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POOR. THEY MIS-MEASURED THE WINDOWS. WE HAVE SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT ARE TOO LONG AND SOME OR TOO SHORT. WE ORDERED JELD WEN WINDOWS. THEY HAVE SPECIAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. THEY INSTALLED THEM IMPROPERLY. THEY BEGAN A ANOTHER JOB AFTER COMPLETING ONLY ONE DAY OF WORK. THEY FAILED TO RETURN TO OUR JOB SITE ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. WE EVENTUALLY FIRED THEM AND THEN DISCOVERED THAT THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS IMPROPERLY AND REMOVED ITEMS FROM THE WINDOW THAT WAS NECESSARY FOR THEIR INSTALLATION. WE ARE SUING THEM.
