The move went fine. The person came right on time and was very professional. Only reason I moved from FIOS to optimum was the price. Internet quality is okay, nothing great. The channel lineup for the price is basic minimum.

If one of the three services go down, then they all go down. That is the only problem that I have with them. I think that they do a good job, and I think that they have got much better.
